On the occasion of its 82nd anniversary Tigar AD company organized a series of activities during December in which kindergartens, schoolchildren and socially vulnerable groups were presented with gifts. 

In December, we donated balls and sweets to kindergartens. The welcome in kindergarten „Čika Jova Zmaj” was rounded with a beautiful, heart-warming children’s performance about the factory Tigar. 

Tigar company gave boots and New Year’s presents to the recipients of care in the day care „Sunce“ as well as to children from families that belong to socially vulnerable groups in Strelac. 

For primary and secondary schools in Pirot Tigar organized a contest and the theme was WHEN I SAY PIROT I MEAN TIGAR. 

The idea was that children use all their creativity and imagination to show us what Tigar from Pirot means to them, using various techniques (drawing, painting and collage) as well as a photo contest where most creative photos were be selected.

Authors of the most prominent works were given prizes, and all awarded children were presented with New Year’s gifts. Schools whose students took part in the contest were given a donation from Tigar’s sports program so as to promote healthy lifestyle. 

The concept of marking 82nd anniversary of Tigar also included receptions traditionally organized for the management, Independent Trade Union of Tigar and retirees. Within the anniversary of Tigar were awarded special recognitions to best individuals for the quality of work as well as jubilee prizes to employees for 10, 20 and 30 years of service. 

Within these activities there was also a prize contest for our citizens on Pi canal. Traditionally, Tigar organized a voluntary blood donation campaign at the company level helping the local community in this way.
