THE JOINT STOCK COMPANY TIGAR, Pirot

Informs its shareholders, business and investment public that with the approval of the Securities Commission, they will publish the Business Report for the period January-June 2013 by the extended deadline, after 15 August.

Pursuant to the Law on Capital Market, as well as to the Agreement on inclusion and trading of securities listed on the BSE, the company is obliged to publish quarterly report for the period April - June until August 15th 2013. In accordance with the decisions made by Tigar’s management, its Supervisory Board and General Assembly held on June 14th 2013, the company has launched a procedure of adjusting the aforesaid financial statements and their subsequent revision, which is in progress. Before the Supervisory Board is the adoption of a number of decisions that should allow appropriate postings, for the corrections could be implemented.

After performing these actions and after having determined the status as of 31.12. 2012, Tigar will do the periodic report as of 30.06.2013. The Supervisory Board and respective departments within the company are engaged and will endevour to fulfill their legal obligation as soon as possible.
