Within the frame of its regular competencies, the Supervisory Board of Tigar Corporation has convened the General Assembly for June 14th 2013.The previously determined date for the holding of the General Assembly session (28th May) has been moved due to technical reasons. 

In compliance with this decision, the invitation for the General Assembly will be sent to shareholders on April 26th 2013, on a day of enacting such decision by the Supervisory Board.
