Earlier this week were detained Dragan Nikolic, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tigar ad, Jelena Petkovic, Managing Director from July 2012 by the end of January 2013 and Milivoje Nikolic, Executive Director for Human Resources. On this occasion, we would like to emphasize that Tigar ad in its business has always endeavored to comply with the legislation of the state of Serbia.

The interest of the company and of all of its employees is to have the promptly established all the relevant facts and we therefore expect that the authorities when effectively implementing the procedure shall determine if there were omissions in the work in order to stop a negative trend, which effects the company's reputation.

Bringing in detention of the members of the top management in any way does not destabilize Tigar’s business system, nor affect the regularity of its operations and the organization of regular activities.

After taking all the necessary measures, notably in the area of supply of raw materials, from the beginning of this week was increased the engagement of production capacities and was raised the volume of production in all factories. In Tigar Rubber Technical Goods and in Tigar Chemical Products, the employment is on the maximum level. With successive growth in the factory Tigar Rubber Footwear, by the end of this month there is expected to be achieve the level of full engagement of its employees.
