Informs its shareholders on holding the repeated session of the regular General Assembly of the Joint Stock Company Tigar Pirot, on July 8, 2015 

The Company Tigar ad Pirot informs its shareholders that due to lack of quorum was not held the regular session of the General Assembly convened for June 29, 2015. As stated in the Call for the session of the General Assembly, the date of the repeated session will be July 8, 2015 at the headquarters of the Company in Pirot, 213, Nikole Pasic Str, with the beginning at 12 o'clock.

The Agenda remains the same for the repeated session of the GA. 

This notice will be published on the websites of the Company, BSE and the Securities Commission.
