The company Tigar AD from Pirot officially opened today a factory for rubber compounds manufacturing, on the area of 1780 m2, in which was invested 1,2 million Euros.

"The company which has the status of the Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization of Tigar Rubber Footwear, has found a strength in the previous nine months to realize the investment of 1,2 million Euros from its own funds. I think the workers of Tigar AD should be proud and our business partners should make sure in the fact that Tigar AD was and still is a reliable partner. This is an important event primarily for Tigar, but also for the local government, for the Republic of Serbia, because we talk about the investment that guarantees further development of rubber manufacturing in Pirot,", said Nebojša Đenadić, Chief Executive Officer in Tigar AD.

According to Chief Executive Officer's words, we have passed through difficult business years and this investment has provided not only the existence, but also growth and development for the company Tigar.

The opening ceremony of the factory for rubber compounds manufacturing attended the Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy Aleksandar Vulin and State Secretary of Ministry of Economy Dragan Stevanović, representatives of the local government, business partners and media representatives.
